Cancellation
Cancellation with 48 Hours or More Notice
Customers who cancel their scheduled appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice via email, text, or phone call will receive a full refund without any penalty.
Cancellation with Less than 48 Hours Notice
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to half of the service rate. This includes situations where our service provider cannot access the property, is turned away, or if the client is a no-show.
AIRPORT CONNECTION EXPRESS Cancellation
In the event that AIRPORT CONNECTION EXPRESS must cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will reschedule the appointment without any penalty to the client, subject to availability.
